For what duration will those folding chairs be needed? What kind of folding chairs will be needed (padded, wood, metal, etc.)? Will delivery and pickup be included as part of the package or will the renter be responsible for this?

Other factors such as region and additional frills may further influence the price. Renting 50 folding chairs in the Midwest is likely to be less expensive than renting an identical 50 folding chairs in Manhattan, for example. If additional frills are available, they will probably cost extra.
